Philosophy

AI should give people their work back.

Research and implementation leverage multiple AI systems selected for their strengths, with findings verified before recommendations are made.

Visibility before automation.

You can’t optimize what you can’t see. Every engagement starts by mapping the operation as it actually runs.

Augment people. Don’t replace them.

When systems absorb the repetitive load, roles get elevated — and nothing consequential moves without a human decision.

Founder overload is a systems problem.

When every decision routes through one person, the business runs on memory and stamina. The fix is architecture, not longer hours.

Sustainable beats impressive.

Most AI projects fail at adoption, not capability. Systems are shaped around how teams already work, then normalized into habit.

How the Work Gets Made

Multiple AI systems. One accountable operator.

Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini cross-check each other; Hermes — an autonomous research agent — runs persistent background research. Nothing ships on model output alone.

Discovery

The problem as the operator lives it.

Research

Frontier models plus autonomous agents.

Compare

Claims cross-checked and evidence-labeled.

Prototype

Small diffs, version control, approval gates.

Validate

Realistic scenarios, human review.

Deploy

Logged, monitored, accountable.

Projects & Platforms

Systems designed, built and running.

From the operating platform behind Make It Reyn itself to platforms serving trades and wellness businesses.

Runs Make It Reyn daily

REYN BOS™ — Operational Intelligence Platform

AI Operational Assessment Framework™

The methodology behind every engagement — a structured diagnostic producing a prioritized, owner-readable roadmap before any technology is recommended. The highest-value findings are usually operational, not technological.

  • Discovery
  • Workflow mapping
  • Bottleneck identification
  • AI opportunity analysis
  • Implementation roadmap
Three curricula complete

AI Education

Three curricula designed and ready: AI Chief of Staff for small business teams, AI Essentials for Teens for youth AI literacy (no coding), and AI-Ready Business for Newcomer Entrepreneurs — a practical three-session workshop series pairing financial capability with machine judgment.

  • Small business teams
  • Newcomer entrepreneurs
  • Youth AI literacy
In client delivery

Business Intelligence Layer

The knowledge a business runs on — decisions, processes, client history, institutional memory — captured as a structured, connected system instead of living in people’s heads. Organized so the team can find it and AI systems can reason over it.

  • Knowledge architecture
  • Connected records & context
  • Institutional memory
  • AI-readable structure
In production

Hermes Research Agent

A persistent background research and enrichment agent on dedicated infrastructure, running scheduled tasks with memory that compounds across sessions — feeding verified context into the research workflow above.

  • Background research
  • Contact & market enrichment
  • Scheduled tasks
  • Compounding memory
Strategic Advisory

Research-led strategy, delivered.

Engagements run under NDA; identities appear only where clients approved publication. No unverifiable results are claimed. Where clients are eligible, engagements also identify small-business funding and grant programs — a path Gabriela has navigated herself as a York Region grant recipient.

Assessment delivered

Operational Assessment — Multi-Provider Family Care Clinic, Ontario

Problem

Operational knowledge concentrated in a few people, a heavily loaded front desk, and an owner carrying decisions a system should carry — in a practice that could not risk disrupting patient care.

Approach

Structured discovery with ownership and staff, workflow mapping, bottleneck identification, and AI opportunities scored for effort against impact — delivered as a written Key Findings report presented to the owner.

Status

Assessment complete; implementation scoped separately, at the client’s pace.

Lessons

The recommendation that landed hardest required no new software — it made existing work visible. AI opportunities were sequenced last, after the workflow foundations they depend on.

Delivered — three engagements

Strategy Series — Three Women-Led Practices

Problem

Two founders in transition — an author becoming an integration coach and a high-conflict mediator — needed go-to-market architecture: positioning, audience, offer, path to revenue. The third, an established interior design practice, wanted to see what AI and today’s technology make possible for a business already succeeding.

Approach

AI-assisted buyer and market research translated into positioning, offer architecture, and a sequenced plan each founder could execute herself — and, for the established practice, a working demonstration of the opportunities AI opens beyond how the business runs today.

Status

All three delivered. One client’s testimonial appears below and on this site’s home page.

Why it matters

Three industries, one repeatable method: research rigorously, position honestly, and build the offer around the service the founder actually wants to give her community.

Technology

The working stack, by capability.

Everything below is used in real work. Infrastructure specifics are documented per project and shared in engagement contexts.

Building in Public

An engineering notebook, not a highlight reel.

What building these systems actually taught — including the mistakes.

July 2026

Evidence classes for AI output

Every material claim in client work now carries an evidence label: directly verified, corroborated, secondary source, inference, hypothesis, or unverified. A confident tone is not allowed to upgrade a claim’s class. It slows drafting slightly and speeds trust enormously — this page was written under the same standard.

July 2026

Designing against silent failure

The scariest automation failure is the one nobody notices. REYN BOS’s orchestration layer forced a three-layer answer: node-level retries with idempotency safeguards, a global error trigger that alerts a human, and structured logging for every run. Model version pinning became non-negotiable after an unpinned upgrade quietly changed behaviour.

June 2026

Complexity is a conversion tax

The first, simplest version of this website converted visitors into meetings. Each rebuild that added polish performed worse. The lesson generalized: in operational systems, every added component is a place to fail and a thing to maintain. Surgical edits over rewrites — earn every addition.

June 2026

Verify before you recommend

Early on, a handful of tools were recommended to a client as free that turned out not to be. The fix became protocol: no tool recommended without checking current pricing and capability; no statistic without a verifiable source. Credibility compounds — so does its opposite.

Trajectory

A progression of systems thinking.

01 The operator years

Fifteen-plus years in sales leadership and B2B partnerships inside service businesses — living the operational problems this work now solves.

02 Founding Make It Reyn

Capable owners were drowning in operational friction everywhere. Make It Reyn was founded to fix the system, not sell the tool.

03 Method & agents

The R.E.Y.N. Method™ formalized; an internal five-agent AI team built with verify-first protocols, drift detection, and a constitutional truth-and-provenance standard.

04 Platforms

From services to systems: REYN BOS™ running the business daily; Lead to Job™ live at leadstojobs.ca; the wellness platform in live use.

05 Research & education

Hermes in production, evaluation practices maturing, three curricula developed — the work turning outward.

Guiding Principles

Five rules the work is held to.

01

Operational understanding precedes automation.

02

AI augments judgment — it does not replace it.

03

Systems exist to reduce cognitive load.

04

Evidence over assumption, in every claim.

05

Build technology people actually adopt.

Current Focus

Actively building and learning, right now.

Not aspirations — a live snapshot, updated as the work moves.

Hardening REYN BOS™

Silent-failure prevention, memory architecture, and agent guardrails as the platform scales.

Lead to Job™ iteration

Refining the public photo-to-estimate demo and its owner approval flow with real trades feedback.

Wellness platform in production

Running and instrumenting the live deployment — measuring what adoption looks like at the front desk.

AI adoption for small businesses

Turning assessment findings into repeatable adoption patterns for owner-led teams.

Curriculum development

Three developed curricula — small business, public sector, youth — moving toward delivery.

Evaluation & safety practice

Evidence-class labeling, scenario testing, and autonomous-agent guardrails at small-business scale.

Client Words

In their words.

“The experience was energising from start to finish — and beyond. Her data and research were incredibly thorough, and she helped me open my mind to bigger and better business opportunities I hadn’t considered before. Moving onward and upward with a fresh perspective and real confidence in what’s ahead.”
