How Make It Reyn Works

You keep working the way you work. We build the intelligence around it.

We identify the repeated workflow costing the most time, revenue or control, then design the system so ordinary instructions can trigger the right approved actions.

Speak. Update. Keep Moving.

You should not have to stop working to work your software.

Speak to REYN BOS™ from your phone while you are on the go. Its built-in AI and agentic capabilities are designed to interpret the request, connect it to the right operational context, and carry out the actions you have authorized — from updating information and preparing a response to starting a configured workflow. You stay in control; REYN BOS™ handles the movement between the systems.

The R.E.Y.N. Method™

Four phases. Each one gates the next.

01 Reveal

Identify the highest-consequence workflow, rules, tools, people and exceptions.

02 Engineer

Design and connect the operating logic around how the team already works.

03 Yield

Test the complete workflow against realistic scenarios and measure whether it produces the intended result.

04 Normalize

Stabilize, train, monitor and improve the system as the business uses it.

Human Judgment Stays Human

Not everything is designed to move on its own — and that’s the point.

Every workflow is designed around four categories of work. Which category a given action falls into is defined during Engineer, with the owner — not assumed afterward.

Routine

Approved actions

Follow-up, routing, reminders and updates that run inside rules you’ve already approved.

Surfaced

Exceptions

Anything the rules don’t cover comes back to a person instead of stalling silently or guessing.

Escalated

Sensitive decisions

Pricing, tone, employment and client-relationship calls are prepared, never finalized, by the system.

Required

Human approval

Consequential or irreversible actions wait for an explicit yes before anything moves.

R1 — The Design Gate

Before anything is built, R1 determines what should be.

R1 is the paid intelligence and design gate. It determines what should be configured, connected or built before implementation begins.

R1 follows mutual qualification — after a relevant demo, not before it. Not every R1 automatically includes implementation, and implementation pricing is not predetermined; R1 is what establishes both.

Proof

Make It Reyn runs on the same REYN BOS™ we build for clients — used daily inside our own business first, before it ever reaches yours.

“The experience was energising from start to finish — and beyond. Her data and research were incredibly thorough, and she helped me open my mind to bigger and better business opportunities I hadn’t considered before. Moving onward and upward with a fresh perspective and real confidence in what’s ahead.”

Common Questions

Questions about the method.

REYN BOS™ is a custom business operating system created around how you actually run your business — bringing the information, decisions and actions spread across your software, communications and schedules into one owner-level operational view.

No. A CRM primarily manages leads, customers and sales activity. REYN BOS™ is designed to give the owner a wider view across the business. Your CRM may remain one of the systems REYN BOS™ works with.

R1 is the paid intelligence and design gate. It determines what should be configured, connected or built before implementation begins. Not every R1 automatically includes implementation, and implementation pricing is not predetermined.

You own the custom operating layer defined in your agreement. Connected third-party services may retain their own licensing, hosting and usage fees — ownership and portability are documented per engagement, not identical in every case.

The scope and build requirements must be understood before an accurate timeline can be given. Timing depends on the operation, the systems involved, and the workflows being built.

The first step is watching the full 30-minute demo relevant to your business. From there, if it looks like a fit, R1 determines what should be revealed, configured or built before a build is scoped.

The first step is visibility. It starts with a demo.

30 minutes, live, on your own operation. No pitch. If it’s a fit, R1 is the next working session.
